All about Bowls!

 

The humble ‘chicken or beef bowl’ has been growing in popularity, so much so that in LA, the bowl rivals burgers, pizzas and tacos as the ‘fast food’ of choice. So let me talk a little about the various ‘bowls’ available from the popular chains, to help you make a better choice, before you grab the next one.
